Note: Due to MCE resolution default setting, for first time use, it will show green bar on the bottom of the screen. Reboot your PC and the green bar will disappear.
2. 6 Device Driver & Software Installation for Windows Vista 32/64bit
1. Insert TVGo A03-IPTV CD into CD-ROM, Setup menu will pop up, click "Driver Setup Utility" Note: MCE Encoder only can be installed on Window Vista with MCE version (Vista Ultimate or Vista Home Premium). Click "Next" to continue software installation.

4. Select the features to install the SKYPE Plus, deselect it only install standard TV station. Note 1: Vista MCE function will not be working if using SkypePlus under Vista 32bit Home Premium or Utimate Note 2: SkypePlus doesn't support Vista 64bit. Therefore, this function will be disabled under 64bit system.
5. Click "Install" button to begin installation.

Chapter 3: Launch the TV Software
3. 1 Running TVGo A03-IPTV for first time.
Click Start on Windows Taskbar, and then select Programs\TVGo A03-IPTV 1. . TVGo A03 icon shows on
desktop.

For first time use, you should complete the setting and channel scanning. Although the TV tuner on TVGo A03-IPTV is fixed, you have to set up the country or region right after you launch TVGo A03-IPTV. Then press Search to scan the TV channel. After searching is finished, click OK to start watching TV.
