This multi-function product will enable you to monitor your EN training. It measures the number of steps you take and computes the distance you cover, the number of calories you consume and how long you exercise. It uses 2 stride lengths to automatically adapt to your activity (walking or running). [. . . ] - Divide this distance by the number of steps (NP). It automatically detects your stride mode and adapts its calculating principle accordingly. 25 To set the pedometer: - Press on the MODE button to select the STEP mode. - Press on the SET button for 2 seconds. - Confirm the setting by pressing on the MODE button.
