Lowfat margarine ¾ cup lowfat milk Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix the margarine into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir with a fork until the dough forms a ball. Chicken and turkey should be cooked to an internal temperature of 170°F (76°C) F for white meat and 180°F (82°C) for dark meat. Should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145°F (62°C).
