Remove the original cooler on the VGA card and clean the grease.

STEP1

Remove heat sinks on the memories if any. Caution:Please be careful while removing the original heat sink on the VGA card. GIGABYTE is not responsible to any loss caused during the removing process.  [. . . ] Figure G

STEP7 Place the the cooler on table and align the holes for the screws on the VGA card to the screws on the cooler.

STEP8 Place the washers on the screws and lock the nuts on the screws with screwdriver to fasten the cooler. 
(as Figure H) To avoid the damage to the c h i p,  p l e a s e l o c k t h e n u t s diagonally. Figure I

STEP9 To complete the installation,  connect the power cord of the fan to the output of the power supply. 
( as Figure I ) While installing the power cord of the fan,  please be careful not to interfere to the blade.  [. . . ]
