From the back of the machine, grasp one of the Upper Ratio Pins and twist. If the pin is tight, you still have pressure in the system. Recheck that all power (both air & electrical) is disconnected and re-bleed system pressure. When pins rotate freely, remove the Upper Ratio Pin first by depressing center button, then remove the Lower Ratio Pin. Using the Scale as a reference, move the Proportioning Pump to the desired hole on the Upper Ratio Arm. Coat the Upper Ratio Pin with high pressure lube and insert through the Pump Clevis and the desired hole in the Upper Ratio Arm until the spring ball on the pin extends past the far side of the Pump Clevis. Important: Perform this procedure after every 8 hours of operation. The Pump base holes should line up with the proper hole in the lower Ratio Arm.
