[. . . ] When the spinner stops on one of Froggio's friends,  all players simultaneously look for the matching picture by turning over the lily pads around the room. If the picture does not match the character spun,  put the lily pad back on the floor facedown and keep looking. If the picture matches the character spun: · DROP the lily pad on the floor character-side up. · RUN back to Froggio and STOMP on the lily pad launcher to pop Froggio into the air. Now you're ready to play!

Play as above,  with the following changes: · Place the character lily pads faceup so players can see the characters. · To collect a character lily pad,  players can either catch Froggio in the air after they "pop" him,  or pick him up off the floor after he lands.
