[. . . ] Call: 1-800-327-8264 REAL MEAL Recipes Cinnamon Rolls Preheat oven for 15 minutes. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. 1. Pour contents of cinnamon roll packet into mixing bowl. Add 3 teaspoons of water and stir until mixture is smooth. Prepare a clean surface and sprinkle it with flour. With a rolling pin, roll out a thin, flat layer of dough about 1/8 inch thick. Spray layer of dough with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon topping over entire layer. Roll up layer of dough (cinnamon topping inside) to form a long roll.
