The Saved screen displays and returns to the e-mail menu. Press the Stop button to return to ready mode. Subsequent sent faxes will be forwarded to the specified e-mail address or addresses. Forwarding a received fax to other destination by an e-mail Press the Fax button on the control panel. Press the Menu button on the control panel. Press the Up/Down arrow buttons to highlight Forward and press OK. Press the Up/Down arrow buttons to highlight E-mail and press OK. Press the Up/Down arrow buttons to highlight Receive Forward and press OK. Select Load Address Book to add a destination already configured in the Address Book. • Select the required destination in the Address Book list. • The address will populate the Server Address fields. The FTP or SMB settings will display depending on the selections made above. If you selected FTP in the protocol menu: a. Enter the details of the server in the FTP Server address and Port fields. For Login Name select Anonymous - if anonymous login is required, or enter the Login Name for the server in the Login Name field. Enter the Login Name password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
