Playing Back Still Images
You can play back the still images on the LCD monitor. The images can be displayed in reverse or forward with the buttons. To view the next image, press .

Image Display Information
You can switch the information display by pressing the button button switches when playing back images. Each press of the the information display state in the following order:
Pressing the / buttons during image playback will rotate the image 90 degrees. The button rotates the image clockwise, whereas the button rotates the image counterclockwise. A press of the button opposite to the direction in which the image was rotated will return the image to the normal display. A[ ] icon is displayed with the video data. A [ ] icon is displayed with images which have an audio memo recorded. Press the SET button to play back voice memos. Press it again to stop voice memo playback.

Playing Back Video Clips
You can play back recorded video clips on the LCD monitor. Select the desired video clip with the / buttons. A[ ] icon is displayed with the video data. Press the SET button to play back a video clip. Pressing the / buttons during playback initiates fast forward/fast reverse.
Button Operations
During Playback During a Pause (Forward play) Pressing the button will sequentially 1-frame feed invoke 2x fast-forward, 4x fast-forward, regular play. Playing Back Still Images/Video Clips on a TV
You can also play back your images on a TV screen. Before connecting to any video devices, make sure to select NTSC/PAL to match the broadcast standard of the video equipment you are going to connect to the camera. [. . . ] Hold the SD memory card with its front side (printed arrow) facing the rear side of the camera, and then insert the card as far as it can go. Close the battery / SD memory card cover.
