CHAPTER 3 OPERATION
3. 1 OPERATOR CONTROLS
This chapter explains in detail how to operate the HM-4721-D/HM-4787-D monitor. At first, before you operate your monitor , turn on the rear main power switch of your monitor. (The position of the main power switch, see page E - 7. ) This section briefly describes the functions of the switches and controls. (1) Main Power switch Located on the rear panel of the monitor. Set to ' I ' to turn on the power, and the power indicator becomes green. If the monitor will not be used for a long time, turn off this switch. (2) Front Power switch When this switch is pressed while the Main Power switch is on and the power indicator is green, the indicator turns to orange and nothing is displayed on the screen. The stored data is recalled to display the initial screen when the power is turned on again after once turned off. If this button is pressed in adjustment mode, the mode is changed to normal operation mode and all indicators go out. c 5 lSELECT button When this button is pressed, the indicator lights up as follows: MODE 2 MODE 1 -7
