"LIGHT" Switch (for VM-2700A) When this switch is set to "AUTO", the camera light turns on or off automatically according to the brightness of the object. When the switch is set to "ON", the camera light turns on. Set the switch to "OFF" to turn the light off manually. Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) Displays what the camera/recorder lens sees. The electronic viewfinder also functions as a convenient black-and-white monitor during playback of recorded material. "RF DC OUT" Jack Connect the RF converter unit (optional) to this jack. "AUDIO/VIDEO" Jacks Connect the video/audio cord (not provided) to these jacks and to the audio and video inputs of your TV/monitor receiver. "POWER" Switch This switch changes the camera/recorder to the record mode or to the playback mode. Press and hold the small button on this switch, and then slide it to "CAM" or "VIDEO". Press the button during playback of tape, and the tape is played back in the rewind direction approximately 3 times faster than the normal speed to confirm the recorded contents. Press "PLAY" button to return to normal playback mode or press "STOP/EJECT" button to stop tape movement. "STOP/EJECT" Button · The "STOP/EJECT" button is used to stop playback, rewind, and fast forward operations. The "STOP/EJECT" button has no effect during record operation. Normal maintenance is the responsibility of the user, although defective parts are covered during the warranty period.
