Once the air suction phase has been completed, the Ever Fresh LED switches off automatically. Unlock the container from its position by pressing the button on the shelf. Take it out of the refrigerator and turn the knob clockwise to the CLOSE position to avoid accidental opening (see figure A). To open the container, turn the knob anticlockwise to the OPEN position (see figure A): this will allow air to enter the container and make it easy to open.
