The date and time will be printed on all faxes you send. Press to choose SET DATE & TIME and press OK. Press OK when the display shows Date Format. Press to select either Europe (day month year) or USA (month day year) and press OK. Press OK when the display shows Date & Time. Use the keypad to enter the date and time. Press OK. You can turn on and off the sounds the HP Fax makes. WakeUp sounds WakeUp sound will ring at a specific time set even when Silent Mode is enabled. Press Menu repeatedly until SET UP SOUND appears and press OK. Select On and enter the time you want the HP Fax to ring. Press OK.
