This log includes entries for: q q q All faxes received to the HP LaserJet 3150 product All faxes sent from the control panel All faxes sent from the Document Assistant (for computers directly connected to the product) All faxes sent from the JetSuite PC fax program q This log never shows entries for faxes sent from another PC fax program, such as WinFax. When you print the fax log, the billing log also prints if you have the billing codes setting enabled (see "Enabling billing codes" on page 127) and if you have entered a billing code for at least one outgoing fax. To print the fax log and the billing log (if enabled) 1 2 3 4 Press ENTER/MENU. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU. Press ENTER/MENU to select PRINT FAX LOG. The HP LaserJet 3150 product exits the Menu settings and prints the log. 142 7 Managing Basic Features EN Printing the billing log only Use this procedure if you only need to print the billing log and not the fax log. The billing log, which prints according to billing code, does not include any faxes for which you did not enter a billing code. The report can only print if the Billing Codes setting is enabled (see "Enabling billing codes" on page 127) and you have entered a billing code for at least one outgoing fax. To print the billing log only 1 2 3 Press ENTER/MENU. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU. Use the < and > keys to select PRINT BILLING LOG and press ENTER/MENU. The HP LaserJet 3150 product exits the Menu settings and prints the log. The log is cleared once you print it. Printing the Block Fax list Use this procedure to print a list of the fax numbers you have blocked. This list only prints if you have blocked one or more fax numbers from sending faxes to your machine. See "Blocking or unblocking fax numbers" on page 130. To print the Block Fax list 1 2 3 Press ENTER/MENU. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU. Use the < and > keys to select PRINT BLOCK FAX LIST and press ENTER/MENU.
