When connectivity is restored to a failed path with health checking enabled, the path status changes automatically from Failed to Enabled and the path becomes available. NOTE: Path checking does not monitor paths to devices that are not opened. As a result, if a non-opened device is disconnected, it may be reported as Enabled.
