Technical support 4 Introduction This guide provides detailed information required to successfully deploy the HP ProLiant Essentials Virtual Machine Management (VMM) agent without using OpenSSH. These instructions assume that all hardware and software requirements have been met and you have already installed the HP ProLiant Essentials Virtualization Management Software. However, in this situation, it is not necessary to have OpenSSH installed on the HP Systems Insight Manager (HP SIM) Central Management Server (CMS) or configured for the virtual machine hosts on which the VMM agent will be deployed.
