To insure that the adapter with attached fixtures does not rotate under high wind conditions,  the following additional steps are recommended: · Remove (1) set-screw. · Using a 5/16" diameter drill,  use the tapped hole in the adapter that the set-screw was removed from as a guide and · drill a shallow hole in the existing pole. · Replace set-screw and re-tighten.
