2. ) Next,  push the SET UP button located to the upper left hand side of the Menu Buttons. If you own an HT-DDW740 or STR-DE485 receiver,  press the '+' and '-' MENU buttons until you see the AV2 setting (as mentioned above) After (5) five seconds,  the display will return to the mode that it was in prior to performing this procedure. If you have performed this procedure and the Remote Commander still will not control your your receiver,  try going carefully through the procedure again. If you are still experiencing problems,  please call Sony's toll free customer service number at 800-222-HUBBELL LIGHTING (7669).
