Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation. Remove existing fasteners from locations A and E (Figure 1). Attach mud guard at locations A and E with #10 screw #10 screw and washer,  check fit and level before tightening.  [. . . ] Using mud guard as a template,  mark and drill 1/8" holes at locations D and F and attach with a #10 screw and washer thru mud guard,  fender liner and into a U-Clip (Figure 1). 
NOTE: The U-Clip is used as a nut and placed on the backside of the fender liner - DO NOT clip U-Clip over liner.
