INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.  [. . . ] It may still be necessary to remove the wheels depending on the tools being used. Clean and degrease the mud guard location area on the fender before installation. Remove existing fastener from location B (Fig. Place mud guard against front fender and install factory fastener at location B,  make sure bottom edge of mud guard is parallel to ground before tightening. Using mud guard as a template,  mark and drill an 1/8" hole at locations A and C and fasten with a 1" #10 screw and washer. Mark and drill 1/8" hole at location D.
