INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Please read instructions thoroughly before installation.  [. . . ] Pull back fender liner and place U-Clip over sheet metal at hole location B making sure to align U-Clip hole and with fender hole. Allow liner to return to its original position. Attach mud guard to fender with #10 screw at location B thru mud guard and into U-Clip. Check mud guard fit and level before tightening #10 screw. Using mud guard as a template,  mark,  center punch,  and drill 1/8" holes at locations A,  C,  and D. Attach mud guard to fender with #10 screws at locations A,  C and D.
