Both of the operator′s hands must be used to operate the chain saw. Protective goggles or a visor must be worn. Never operate a chain saw holding it with one hand only. Filing with oil and adjusting oil flow. Contact of the guide bar tip with any object must be avoided. The chain brake must be engaged when the chain saw is started. Tip contact may cause the guide bar to move suddenly upward and backward (socalled kickback), which may cause serious injury.
