Fill the engine with engine oil. Fill the tank with petrol, not oil-blended. Both lead-free and lead-containing petrol may be used. Do not fill with petrol while the engine is running. To start a cold engine, push primer (3) times before trying to start. This step is not usually necessary when starting an engine which has already run for a few minutes.
