Dear User
Intelbras Corp 16000 was developed with a maximum capacity of 16 lines and 64 extensions offering many facilities for your daily office telecommunication requirements while optimizing the use of the CSP technology ( control stored program ). The CORP 16000 can be used in either decadic or tone signaling.
This manual will guide you through the various operations of your PABX. We therefore highly recommend that you read this manual carefully before attempting to use your equipment.

1 EXTENSIONS OPERATION
1. 1 ANSWERING CALLS
All incoming will be answered by the extension programmed as operator ( attendant). If the call is not answered within the programme dtime, it will be forwarded to another extension set as overflow attendant. [. . . ] If the extension is busy or unavailable, the call will be forwarded to the following extension as per the order.
2. Hierarchic
Calls are always diverted to the first available extension of the group as per the order. If the extension does not answer the call is forwarded to the next available extension and so forth. If all extensions are busy the call is out on hold until the first extensionis free.
3. Multiple Ring
Incoming call will ring on all extensions. Internal transferred calls will also follow the same order of the hierarchic order. If this group receives a direct or transferred call and all the extensions are busy, the call is transferred, to the first extension of the group.

Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ TIME - 1 to 9 (100 to 900 ms), wait for tone or confirmation prompt. .
Factory setting : 200 ms.
2. 5. 2 Number of Rings for Alarm
Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ RINGS - 3 to 7, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.
Factory setting : 5 rings.

Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ RINGS - 3 to 7, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.

Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ TIME - 00 to 20 seconds, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.

Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ TIME - 00 to 20 seconds, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.
Important: - This is the maximum command time of the external activation; - Set the time to 00, if you want to leave the commad time open; - The command can be disactivated before the programmed time by pressing akey or flash. Factory setting : 4 seconds.
2. 5. 6 Number of attempts for external recall
Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ ATTEMPTS - 1 to 9, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.
Factory setting : 9 attempts.
2. 5. 7 Time between attempts
Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ TIME - 1 to 9 minutes, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.
Factory setting: 1 minute.
2. 5. 8 Activation Time for Doorphone 1
Once in programming mode, do the following :
+ TIME - 1 to 5 seconds, wait for tone or confirmation prompt. .

Once in programming mode, do the following :

2. 9 ACCESSING CSP FACILITIES AND CALL TRANSFER TO OTHER PABX

2. 10 HOLIDAYS
You can set up to 16 different holidays for various facilities such as auto-nightmode, auto-activation et alarm. Once in programming mode, do the following :

You can set the time when week end starts. Useful when companies work half day on Saturday.

Example: you want Saturday to start at 12:00, press 17 + 1200. Factory setting : all Saturdays set as holiday.

2. 11 AUTO-NIGHTMODE
You can set your PABX to enter and exit nightmode at regular hours automatically. You must set the hours and select auto-nightmode for everyday or weekdays. Once in programming mode, do the following : Time to exit

Important: - 1st hour of the day puts the PABX off the state of auto-nightmode; - you can set up to 24 different times to be programmed as per the order of activation; - hour and minute should bear two digits, the hour should be between 00 and 23. [. . . ] If generated by an external device, the extension or external number receive a beep sequence or message prompt (DISA board required).
60 Up to two interfaces per PABX with independant commands can be installed. For proper operation of the emergency call, you should follow the steps in item 3. 5. To install : - Connect the first interface to CN30 (emergency call 1) and the second interface to CN31. The key contacts, usually opened, must be connected to SalmA and SalmB of the interface for auto-activation ITA 700.
