[. . . ] To manually turn ON the HA04 Outdoor Appliance Module, press and release the Program/ON/OFF/PROGRAM button. The green indicator LED will turn ON, and the lamp or appliance plugged into the HA04 Outdoor Appliance Module will also turn ON. To manually turn OFF the HA04 Outdoor Appliance Module, simply press and release the Program/ON/OFF/DIM button. The green indicator will turn OFF and the lamp or appliance plugged into the HA04 Outdoor Appliance Module will also turn OFF. If the lamp does not turn ON, check to make sure that the power switch for your lamp is turned to the "ON" position, and check to make sure that your lamp is operating properly.
