Using LifeWorksTM Journal Software Following is a brief overview of the LifeWorks Journal software. For more detailed information, click the Help icon to view the User's Manual. Begin using LifeWorks Journal: Insert the disk and the software will automatically start. Ejecting the disk automatically saves any changes. When the disk is full, the software will prompt you to make a new disk. Change the appearance of LifeWorks Journal: Click the journal menu, then themes. LifeWorks Journal enables you to: · Edit Journal entries · Insert text, images, and stickers · Modify layout and fonts · Apply themes · Insert a time stamp · Add sound clips · Use the Mood Tracker Tool · Use the Inspiration Tool · Use the Search Tool · Print entries or entire journal · Password protect Add voice recordings to a Journal Click on the voice note icon or select insert, then click voice note. A screen will open that will allow you to make a voice recording that you can add to your Journal. Once you have placed a recording in your Journal, double-click to play it.
