Playing Music using MusicMatchTM Jukebox
MusicMatch Jukebox automatically lists any supported music files that reside on any of your drives. To play the listed music, double click on the song in the Music Library window or drag and drop the song into the Playlist window.
Burning CDs (for the Iomega® CD-RW drive only)
CD CD 1. burning capability is available on the PC version of MusicMatchTM Jukebox only. To burn a on the PC: Drag any music you want to burn on your CD to the Playlist window. Insert a blank CD into your Iomega CD-RW drive. Select any songs you want to add to your CD and click Open Click the Create CD button and follow the onscreen directions.
Converting Files from your Audio CD to an MP3 Format
You can convert files on an audio CD to an MP3 format. To convert CD files to an MP3 format: 1. Insert an audio CD into your CD-ROM drive. In the Recorder window, check the box next to the audio tracks you want to convert. Press the Record button in the Recorder window. On a PC, click OK when the dialog box appears. By default MusicMatchTM Jukebox copies the MP3 files to the My Music directory under My Documents on the PC or to the Music directory in the MusicMatch folder on the Mac®. To change the default directory, see "Changing where Music Files are Stored" on page 3.
Changing where Music Files are Stored
Whenever you convert audio files to a different format, MusicMatchTM Jukebox automatically copies the new files to the My Music directory under My Documents on the PC or to the Music directory in the MusicMatch folder on the Mac®. You can change the location where MusicMatch copies files. PC Users: Click Options and click Settings Settings. Click the Recorder tab Click the Songs Directory button Set the storage location for your music in the Directory for New Songs field. [. . . ] Click Download Playlist to Iomega Iomega. Select on the audio files you want to copy to your Iomega disk Click Download to Player Player. Click done when you are finished copying files.
