Rotate the antenna to the down position. Press the button at the top of the phone. Grasp the antenna at its pivot point and pull it away from the phone. Store the antenna by snapping it into the clips at the base of the 9570 Portable Dock. Insert the phone into its cradle on the right side of the 9570 Portable Dock: a. Rotate the antenna coupler (at the upper right of the 9570 Portable Dock) to the up position). b. Push the top of the phone firmly against the spring-loaded antenna connector in the cradle, and rotate the antenna coupler down to latch the phone into place. (The phone will slide down slightly as its bottom connector engages. ) d. Check the bottom end of the phone to make sure it is securely coupled to the 9570 Portable Dock connector. Note: If the 9570 Portable Dock has power, it will turn on and complete a synchronization process that may take up to 15 seconds. You may also see a number of power-on messages. (See "Power-On Messages" on page 38. ) When synchronization is complete, you can use the unit as described in "Using Your 9570 Portable Dock" on page 33.
