I hear crackling noises · Forthebestaudioquality, alwayswearyourheadsetonthesameside ofthebodyasyourmobilephone. I cannot hear anything in my headset · Increasethevolumeontheheadset. · Ensurethattheheadsetispairedwiththephone. · Makesurethatthephoneisconnectedtotheheadsetifitdoesnot connecteitherfromthephone'sBluetoothmenuorbytappingthe answer/endbutton, followthepairingprocedure(refertopairing sectioninthisusermanual). · Youcandeterminewhetheryourheadsetisconnectedtoadeviceby lookingattheflashesontheheadsetaftertappingtheanswer/end buttonwhentheheadsetison:singleslowflashesmeansthatthe headsetisconnectedtoadevice, doubleslowflashesmeansthatthe headsetiscurrentlynotconnected.
