In this case, do not tilt more than absolutely necessary and lift only the part which is away from the operator. Always ensure that both hands are in the operating position before returning the appliance to the ground. Do not stand in front of the grass discharge chute when you start the motor. Do not put hands near the grass discharge chute whilst the motor is running. Never pick up or carry a lawnmower while the motor is running Carefully fold the handle onto the machine. Fit the right and left hand pegs of the grass collector frame into their respective ears on the front section of the collector. place the grass collector over the ejection chute. For maximum battery life ALWAYS charge the battery immediately after use! Flashing green light = Battery 30 - 60% Steady green light = Battery 60 -100% · There is a usable charge when the light is steady green or flashing green When charging is complete. Switch off at the mains and remove the charger cable from the socket (F). NOTE The 500 Bat can be left connected to the charger permanently, with the charger switched on, without risk of overcharging.
