[. . . ] Never transport the mower with the engine running. If transport requires the mower to be lifted, the operator must first make sure that the cutting blade has stopped. Never operate the mower with defective guards or shields, or without safety devices, for example deflectors and/or grass catchers, in place. Start the engine or switch of the motor carefully according to instructions and with feet well away from the blade(s). [. . . ] Allow the engine to cool before storing in any enclosure. To reduce the fire hazard, keep the engine, silencer, battery compartment and petrol storage area free of grass, leaves, or excessive grease. Pour fuel outdoors and where there are no sparks or flames. Do not smoke or allow smoking near fuel or the tool or while using the tool. wipe up all fuel spills before starting engine. Move at least 3 meters away from fueling site before starting engine. Loosen the wire/cable from the handle before carefully folding the handle. Before public transporting engine oil and petrol must be removed. Mow across the face of slopes, never up and down. The mower should not be used on ground that slopes more than 30°. This could cause engine lubrication problems. These symbols may appear on your machine or in the literature supplied with the product. The mower can be set to different cutting levels. Adjust to desired cutting level by means of the lever at either wheel. Move the lever towards the wheel and set the cutting level. Fill the tank with petrol, not oil-blended. Both lead-free and lead-containing petrol may be used. Do not fill with petrol while the engine is running. To start a cold engine, push primer three (3) times before trying to start. This step is not usually necessary when starting an engine which has already run for a few minutes. ⷠHold engine brake yoke to the handle and pull on starter handle quickly. To "STOP" engine, release engine brake yoke. [. . . ] The spark plug must be at the highest point on the mower when it is tilted up. The level should be between FULL and ADD. Note: the dipstick must be screwed all the way down in order to indicate correct oil level. Tighten the screw properly when reassembling. [. . . ]
