[. . . ] When Snapshot recording is performed with the VIDEO/MEMORY Switch set to "VIDEO",  still images are recorded not only onto the tape but also on the memory card (640 x 480 pixels). In this mode,  the "SNAP MODE" selection in the CAMERA Menu is also applicable to memory card recording.

" SYSTEM" and " DISPLAY" functions which are set when the Power Switch is set to " MANUAL " are also applied pg. "CLOCK ADJ. " only appears when the Power Switch is set to when the Power Switch is set to "PLAY" ( " MANUAL ". DISPLAY" Menu remain effective even when the Power Switch is set to " AUTO ". However,   Settings made in the " the menu settings can be changed only when the Power Switch is set to " MANUAL ".  The date indication can also be turned on/off by pressing the DISPLAY Button on the remote control (provided with pg. GR-DVL720) (

The following procedure applies to all except Synchro pg. Comp (

1 Set the VIDEO/MEMORY Switch to "VIDEO" (GRDVL720/DVL520 only),  then set the Power Switch to "PLAY" while pressing down the Lock Button located on the switch. 

2 Press the MENU/BRIGHT wheel in. 3 Rotate the MENU/BRIGHT wheel to select the

desired function menu,  and press it. The selected function menu appears.

Playback Sound
