To clear the programme Press 8 while playback is stopped and the programme table appears on the TV screen. Programme Playback You can play back up to 99 tracks in the desired order. To exit from Programme Playback After clearing the programme, press ON SCREEN. Random Playback You can play back all the tracks on the disc in random order. A Access the on-screen bar. B Select the menu item. Press w e to move H to Press ON SCREEN twice in stop mode. A Access the on-screen bar. B Select the menu item. Press w e to move H to Playback starts in random order. This function works only for analog audio output. To adjust picture appearance manually C Access the USER menu. D Select the parameter. Adjust this if the neutral color is bright or dark. The brightness of dark and bright portions is maintained. Adjust this if the objects in far and near positions look unnatural. Adjust this if the picture is whitish or blackish. Adjust this if the appearance of flesh tone is unnatural. Adjust this if the picture is indistinct. Adjust this if the picture looks separately or overlapped. B Select the Sound Effect mode. Press SOUND EFFECT repeatedly to select the desired mode. SOUND EFFECT:1]SOUND EFFECT:2] SOUND EFFECT:3]OFF](Back to the beginning) BRIGHTNESS Adjust this if the picture is bright or dark on CONTRAST (­12 to +12): Each time you press SOUND EFFECT, the Sound Effect mode changes as follows: As the value becomes bigger, the Sound Effect works stronger. (­2 to +2): VFP menu disappears and the following pop-up window appears on the TV screen. A Access the VFP setting menu. Press DVD PICTURE during playback. The current setting appears on the TV screen. E Adjust the parameter. To return to the normal screen Press DVD PICTURE. Press rt repeatedly to change the setting, then press ENTER. The current VFP settings appear again. Repeat steps D and E to adjust other parameters. B Select the VFP mode. Press w e repeatedly.
