F [ALM] Alarm Lamp Displays alarm input to VN-900. The system in the examples of this manual makes use of Internet Explorer or the built-in viewer of VN-900 for viewing. [Recommended PC Specifications for Viewing] OS : WindowsXP Pro (SP2) or Home (SP2) CPU : 1. 5 GHz for viewing of 1 channel (30 fps) 3. 4 GHz for viewing of 4 channels (120 fps) Memory : 1 GB Hard disk : Free disk space of 20 MB and above Video card : 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, True Color (24 or 32 bits) Sound card : Sound Blaster (PCI recommended) Web browser : Internet Explorer V6. 0 To play back at 30 fps using the built-in viewer, CPU over 1. 5 GHz is recommended. To play back at 120 fps, CPU over 3. 4 GHz is recommended. [IP Address Setting] Set the IP address of the PC to enable communication with VN-900. Please refer to A(2) IP address setting on PCB on procedures to alter the IP address. [AV Devices] Connect a microphone to the audio input of the PC via the amplifier. When speakers other than the PC's built-in speaker is used, connect the speaker to the audio output of the PC via the amplifier.
AV Devices
Connect up to 4 cameras to the 4 video input terminals at the rear panel of VN-900. Output signals of each camera need not be synchronized. Connect a microphone to the audio input terminal at the rear panel of VN-900 via the amplifier. Connect a speaker to the audio output terminal at the rear panel of VN-900 via the amplifier.

Attaching Rack Mount Brackets
The rack mount brackets (optional) can be used to install the unit to a rack. Request installation to the dealer of purchase. [. . . ] Press ASetupB button on built-in viewer, enter password of AoperatorB in the setup window. Press AOKB button of the setup window, and restart the built-in viewer. Press the ASpeech OnB button to send audio from the PC to VN-900. Press the button again to stop the audio transmission. [. . . ]
