The World Health Organisation (WHO) has set up the following standard blood pressure values when measured at resting pulse. This monitor is intended for use in measuring the blood pressure and pulse rate of adults and uses the oscillometric method. This product is intended for household use only. This cuff is suitable for use if the <<INDEX>> mark falls within the <<OK RANGE>> marked by two arrows when the cuff is tightened around your arm. Sit on a chair and place your arm on the table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
