1. Power sources The unit should be connected to a power supply only of the type described in the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance. Caution : To prevent electric shock, match wide blade of plug to wide slot, fully, insert.

Lights (red) when the power switch Î is set to ON. Lights when an AC-3 RF signal is input to the AC-3 RF INPUT jack Í. Connect this jack to the coaxial AC-3 DIGITAL IN jack on your AC-3 decoder or receiver. It outputs AC-3 coaxial digital signals when the POWER Î is set to ON and an AC-3 RF signal is input to the AC-3 RF INPUT jack Í. Connect this jack to the AC-3 RF OUTPUT jack on your LD player. Connect this jack and inlet power cord to the AC adaptor supplied with your demodulator. [. . . ] Connect this jack and inlet power cord to the AC adaptor supplied with your demodulator. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet after completing all of the other connections.
