The remote control can be programmedby pressingin a three digit codenumber,  listed in the codetable,  that corresponds particular manufactures brandsof to and AudioNideo equipment. Turn on the equipmentyou wish to program.  [. . . ] Pressand hold the CH UP or CH DOWN buttons. The remotewill emit a seriesof Power On/OFFcode signalsthat are storedin its memory. Release CH the button as soon asthe equipmentturn off. Pressthe Device button to storethe code. The Device Button will blink twice to confinn that the codehas beenstored. The LED will then turn off. 

B. To Find the Code Number That was Stored for a Device: Step 1. Pressthe Device button and Mute button simultaneously, and hold until the red LED of the Device Buton remainslit. The Device buttonwill blink indicating the numberof eachdigit of the code. Each digit is separated a 1 second"off' interval of the by LED.
