· Place the Sport Headphones on your head. Take note of the markings , , R" (right) and , , L" (left) on the earplugs +. · Then adjust the sound volume on the playback device to the desired level.
Exchanging the ear cushions
· Select the ear cushions suitable for your ears. · Simply pull the old ear cushions off of the ear plugs +. · Place the new ear cushions over the pegs on the earplug + such that the ear cushions sit firmly on the earplugs +.

Cleaning and Care
· Clean the Sport Headphones with a lightly moistened cloth. · Remove the ear cushions to clean them. Clean the ear cushions with a mild soapy solution and rinse them with clear water. Replace the ear cushions over the ear plugs only when they are completely dry. · Ensure that no liquids can enter the interior of the Sport Headphones.
