All you have to do is load your document and designate the recipient's e-mail address using a one-touch key, speed-dial number or numeric keys. Scanned documents are converted into TIFF-S, TIFF or PDF format, then transmitted as an attachment file to a remote e-mail address using MIME encoding. However, if the received e-mail includes a file attachment in a format other than TIFF, TIFF-S or PDF, your machine will send an error notification to the e-mail sender.
