Printing a Document from a Public User Box/Personal User Box Specifying Finishing Settings ("Finishing" Function) Select whether or not the copies are separated. In addition, Staple and Punch settings can be specified. The following settings can be specified.
Setting Offset Staple Punch Description Separates the sets or pages of the copies.

Staples copies in the corner or at two locations. The stapling position can also be selected. The position of the punched holes can also be selected.

Printed pages can be folded before being fed out. The available Paper Fold settings differ depending on the installed options. For details on the Paper Fold settings available with each option, refer to the User manual [Copy Operations].
Setting Fold Description The paper is folded in half.

The paper is stapled at two places along the center, then folded in half.

Under "Text Density", select the density of the text. Under "Pages", select the pages that the distribution numbers are to be printed on. Touch [Change Size] to specify the text size for "20pt" or "36pt". Touch [OK], and then touch [OK] in the next two screens that appear.
