Printing a Document from a Public User Box/Personal User Box Adding a Binding Margin The document can be printed with a binding margin. The following settings can be specified.

The binding margin can be added to the left side, right side, top, or all edges ("Auto") of the page. The width of the binding margin can be set between 1/16 in (0. 1 mm) and 3/4 in (20 mm). If "Auto" is selected, a binding margin along the long side of the paper is selected if the document length is 11 45/64 in (297 mm) or less. If the document length is more than 11 45/64 in (297 mm), a binding margin along the short side of the paper is selected.

Select the desired position for the binding margin, and then touch [-] or [+] to specify the width of the binding margin.
The width of the binding margin can be set in 1/16 in (0. 1 mm) increments. To set the binding margin to 0 in (0 mm), touch [None]. Only the binding position can be specified.

To adjust the printing position, touch [Change Adjustment], and then specify fine adjustments for the position.

Specify the pages to be printed on. If "Cover Only" is selected, the date/time is printed on only the cover page. If "All Pages" is selected, the date/time is printed on all pages.

Overlapping Overlay Forms and Document Pages ("Overlay" Function) The document can be printed with an overlay form overlapping the pages. The following settings can be specified.
