An ID and password are specified for each confidential document when it is saved. When printing the confidential document, enter this ID and password. When "Secure Document Access Method" is set to "Mode 1" 1 On the System User Box tab, touch [Secure Print User Box]. 2 Type in the ID for the confidential document, and then click [OK]. bizhub C300 7-13 7 3 Printing documents from the system user box Type in the password for the confidential document, and then click [OK]. A list of received documents appears. ?% 4 Why does the desired document not appear?Only documents with an ID and password matching those specified by the printer driver are displayed. Select the document to be printed, and then touch [Print]. The document information appears. 5 Press the [Start] key in the control panel. The document is printed. 7-14 bizhub C300 Printing documents from the system user box 7 2 Note Confidential documents are automatically deleted after a set length of time after they are registered. This length of time can be specified from Administrator mode. A printed confidential document can be deleted manually from Administrator mode. For details, refer to "To delete secure print documents" on page 9-22.
