Take out the 2 screws [4] and remove the set of 2 plate springs [5]. Take out 1 screw [6] and remove the plate [7]. Remove the E-ring [8] and remove the collar [9] and the pulley [10]. Note: · Be careful that the detent pin [1] of the pulley does not get lost. [1] [2] [3] [11] [10] [9] [8] [6] 9. Remove the 5 E-rings [1] and pull out the shaft [3] of the paper exit roller /A. At this time, be careful not to drop the pin [2] in the paper exit roller /A [4]. Reinstall the above parts following the removal steps in reverse. Replace the paper exit roller /A [4]. Note: · When removing the screws, support the tray unit with your hands not to let it down. · When fastening the wire plates, tighten the screws referring to the marking lines [3] in front and in rear so that the tray becomes on the level. Removing the up/down wire Note: · Be sure to install or remove the up/down wires at one side at a time. Loosen the 2 screws [1] and release the pulley tension plate /F [2] from its fixed position. Loosen the 2 screws [1] to release the pulley tension plate /R [2] from its fixed position. Remove the E-ring [4] of the lower pulley /R [3].
