Automatic compensation: for center curvature of bound volumes, plus auto masking of centerline shadows, outside borders and images of fingers holding pages.
Dual output: a single button switches scan output from direct-print mode to PC-connect mode, so you can easily switch between hard-copy scanning and scanning to PC for electronic storage or distribution. Simple operation: intuitive on-screen menus and logical controls make scanning simple, even for first-time users; PC Interface Kit option makes PC hookup easy, optional Foot Switch reduces fatigue during long scanning sessions.
LCD display on scanner: for greater ease of use, with visual cues including scan settings, scaling, and image enhancements, as well as copying commands such as sorting, stamping and collating. Clean, crisp image resolution: up to 600 dpi for 11" x 17" originals, up to 400 dpi for 17" x 23-3/8" originals. Optional high-quality MSP3000 laser printer with 11" x 17" output capability.
