Before any work on the machine itself, remove the battery. The clamping system has the advantage of being able to change the tools without requiring any other aid. When changing the tool, make sure that the sawblade receptacle is free from any material residue such as wood or metal chips. Turn the clamping lever 10 clockwise through 90° to the stop and hold firmly. push the tool in fully and let go of the clamping lever 10. To lock, press the tip of the tool onto a wooden block until the clamping lever 10 springs back to its original position. Only work when the hand guard 4 is closed. This is, of course, only applicable if original tools are used. Turn the clamping lever 10 clockwise through 90° as far as the stop and hold firmly in this position.
