B , ð Adjust the shift timing by installing a set screw 155 on a clutch boss for second gear 152 . B Slide the 158 and 157 spur gears back, and then tighten the 4x4mm set screw 160 . B Unscrew the 5x4mm setscrew and slide back the 6mm cup joint 164 . B , ð Push forward the 3-speed shaft 146 and slide all gears forward except the third spur gear. B , ð Adjust the shift timing by installing a set screw 150 on a clutch boss for third gear 147 . B 'è Slide back the 3-speed shaft 146 and secure the 6mm cup joint 164 at its original position. Adjust the set screw 155 , 150 using a 2mm hex wrench. B , Ì , ð t " If you confused second and third gear shifting, tighten the third gear set screw firmly to avoid shifting up. Adjust the second gear first, and then unscrew the third gear set screw to find the correct shift timing.
