Try to set the engine's idle speed as low as possible without the engine stopping. Run engines in and make sure all parts work smoothly. Needle is too tight Å®An overtight needle results in overheat which burns the piston and the cylinder head. Running the engine unloaded at full throttle Å®Engine rpm increase too much, breaking the connecting rod. Check the glow plug regularly and carefully choose your fuel. Difficulties in starting, immediate engine stalling once started or once the glow plug heater is being removed often indicate that the engine's life might be over. When choosing a place to run the model, check to see that there are no people, boats or other R/C models using the same frequency as you in the same area.
