[. . . ] As s oon as engine R P M have become s table, de-ach the glow plug heater or t one-touch plug heater. R un the engine with this s etting for 2 ~ 3 tanks (75cc with K Y OS HO fuel tank). If engine R P M are low and the engine s talls though you opened the throttle, s lightly tighten the needle valve. C aution: With eac h tank, let the en- ine c ool g off naturally (the head s hould not feel warm- r than 50¡ C !E If engine R P M are not stable, open the throttle and run the car. (E ven when applying full throttle, high-rpm cannot be reached!After the 3rd or 4th tank, tighten the needle valve 30¡ with every tank and apply more throttle. When your car reaches top s peed when running down a s traight at full throttle, you have found the optimum s etting for the needle valve and the break-in is completed. If you tighten the needle valve furthermore, exhaus ts will get invi- ible and R P M s ag. S R un- ing the engine with s uch s etting will definitely n damage it. [. . . ] ⷠ If the glow plug deteriorates , engine R P M become un-s teady and engine s tarting more difficult. Never us e gas oline or thinner in- tead of methanol when s c leaning! [. . . ]
