MostFireWire-equippedlaptopcomputersfeaturea4-pin FireWireconnector, soinordertoconnectyourLaCiedrivetoalaptopwitha4-pinFireWireport, youwillneedtopurchaseaLaCiecertified6-to-4-pinFireWirecable(soldseparately). IfyourcomputerdoesnothaveaFireWireport, oronly hasa4-pinport, consultyourLaCieresellerorLaCieCustomerSupportforinformationaboutaddingaLaCieFireWirePCI orPCMCIAcard.
