Does the "CONTROLS LOCKED" This function allows you to prevent the current control message appear when you push the settings from inadvertently being changed. the OSD controls, push and hold the MENU button and button for 3 seconds the "CONTROLS UNLOCKED" message will then appear. Press the AUTO button to automatically adjust your display image to its ideal setting. If you do not get the results you desire, adjust the image position manually using the H position and V position icon in the OSD. Check Control Panel > Display > Settings to see if the frequency or the resolution was changed. If it was, readjust the video card to the recommended resolution.

Check to see if the screen is set to interlace mode. If it is, change it to the recommended resolution. Make sure that the power voltage is high enough. It has to be higher than AC 100-240V 50/60Hz.
